CONTACT:

1. How can I get in contact with your team?

You can email us at paul@zidobre.com with any questions or concerns you may have. We try to reply as soon as possible, but please, allow 1-3 business days for us to get right back to you!

ORDERS:

1. I placed an order but never received a confirmation email, what do I do?

Order confirmations are sent to your e-mail automatically after purchase. Sometimes, this e-mail may go to your junk or spam inbox. After purchasing, check all your inboxes!

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please, contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

2. How do I cancel an order?

It is okay if you changed your mind!

If you want to cancel your order, contact us at paul@zidobre.com and we will gladly assist you. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible!

If your order has already shipped. Please, allow your order to be delivered and contact us for a refund.

3. There is something wrong with the products I received. What do I do?

We pack our products with care, but sometimes accidents can happen. If this is the case, we sincerely apologize and we promise to do everything in our power to fix your issue!

If you encounter something wrong with any of your products, contact us and include your name, order number, and any pictures you wish to provide.

We will get back as soon as possible and fix whatever issue you may have!

1. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, we accept other methods such as PayPal, Venmo, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Elo, and Diners Club!

2. What currency do you use?

We currently offer prices in USD. However, we plan on expanding in the near future!

SHIPPING:

1. Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States

2. How long will my order take to process?

We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible. In most cases, expect 1-2 business days for full processing and packaging. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or product launches.

3. How long will my order take to ship?

Normally, our products arrive within 3-5 days upon processing. 

We work hard to meet all deliveries within a short time. But, depending on destination, shipping time may vary. External factors (postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or other factors out of our control) may also play a role in delays.

4. What courier do you use?

We ship our products through USPS priority shipping.

5. I want to track my order, how do I do that?

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information!
